As a Digital Learning Specialist at Aspire 2Be, you will be instrumental in the development and delivery of high-quality digital learning content, with a strong focus on assessing qualifications to ensure alignment with industry standards and learner needs. This role requires a deep understanding of qualification frameworks and assessment methodologies. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Deliver exceptional digital learning experiences for education and business customers, with a focus on accredited qualifications.
- Deliver a range of in-person and online digital skills training programmes to learners with varying levels of confidence and competence.
- Develop engaging and contextualised learning content tailored to customer, sector, and qualification requirements.
- Contribute to the design and development of eLearning content for internal products and learning management systems, ensuring alignment with accredited qualification standards.
- Collaborate with customers to design and develop eLearning content that meets individual learning needs and supports qualification outcomes.
- Design and deliver digital learning content that accommodates diverse learning styles and supports assessment criteria.
- Assess learner progress against qualification frameworks, ensuring evidence meets required standards for accreditation.
- Provide training and support to education and business customers in the effective use of digital learning tools and platforms.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in digital education and technology, applying relevant innovations to enhance qualification delivery.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure digital learning platforms are accessible, reliable, and fit for purpose.
- Advocate for digital literacy and the ethical use of technology in learning environments.
- Champion the transformative impact of digital learning and accredited qualifications within Aspire 2Be and external stakeholders.

Essential Criteria
- Occupational competence in the digital/IT sector level 3 and above.
- Demonstrable experience and evidence of creating engaging eLearning content
- Demonstrable experience of training/skills delivery
- Exceptional digital competence, ideally across Microsoft, Google, and Apple solutions
- Experience working in IT solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong administration ability with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organised and punctual
- TAQA qualified
- Ability to react flexibly under pressure and to work to tight deadlines
- A Full UK Driving Licence with Business Cover Insurance (A copy of your insurance will be requested upon offer)
Desirable Criteria
- EWC registered
- Relevant teaching qualification
- Certifications in relevant areas e.g. Certified Trainer Status (Google/Microsoft/Apple)
- Knowledge of Work Based Learning operating model
- Welsh speaker
