This is a permanent role with high visibility across the business, ideal for someone looking to have real impact in shaping store strategy and lease portfolio management across the UK & Ireland.
About the Role
As Lease Manager , you’ll be a strategic player in the company’s continued expansion, managing both new site projects and lease actions for the existing portfolio. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Construction, Facilities, and Accounts, driving profitable decisions that enable long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise the site portfolio in a defined UK/IE region.
- Lead negotiations with landlords for new leases and lease renewals, extensions, breaks, terminations, and rent reductions.
- Present well-structured business cases for lease actions, aligned with the company’s expansion strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Interior Design, Construction, HR, Visual Merchandising) to ensure successful execution of lease and expansion plans.
- Ensure legal and commercial compliance while maximizing value from the portfolio.
- Support ad hoc business needs requiring leasing expertise.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in leasing, real estate, or a related role within the UK/IE retail property market .
- Strong understanding of retail leasing contracts, market trends, and legal frameworks.
- A self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience leading lease negotiations and managing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and planning capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes.

You will be required to source quotes from multiple funders in order to find the best deals for the customers and manage their applications from initial interest through to delivery. The ideal personnel will have 3+ years of previous experience within the leasing area of sales.
The Benefits the Sales Account Manager will receive:
- An OTE of £50,000 ncapped.
