As part of our firm-wide expansion plans, we are seeking an experienced Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor for our award-winning Personal Injury department.
The Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor will manage a high-level caseload of complex claims.
If you can deliver the exceptional quality client service and share our ethos and commitment to building long-lasting client relationships, this role may be ideal for you.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an individual caseload of PI matters.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, attend client meetings/training sessions where required.
- Contribute to business development activities for the department.
- Build & maintain MI reports in the relevant case management systems.
- Collate and present management information and KPI data.
- Ensure financial targets are met.
- Ideally you will have experience in dealing with motor-related personal injury matters.
- Have a good academic background.
- Possess exceptional client care skills.
- Have excellent knowledge of IT systems and processes.
- Be a team player and able to get on with and lead others.
- Possess excellent networking and client development skills.

The Role:
As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and legally compliant advice to clients across various mediums, predominantly over phone and via email. Your role will involve addressing inquiries spanning a wide range of legal and financial matters while ensuring the emotional support needs of clients are met.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide timely legal and financial information to clients adhering to set SLAs and KPIs
- Manage incoming calls efficiently, either resolving cases independently or distributing them among team members

- Handle diverse client issues with empathy, especially those in distress
