**Responsibilities:**
**Commercial & Contractual Support**
+ Support Senior Legal Counsel with reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including customer and vendor contracts, with a focus on oilfield services and equipment supply.
+ Provide pragmatic and timely advice to business stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters.
+ Work with Senior Legal Counsel to identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
+ Support the development and improvement of standard contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes.
+ Prepare legal risk assessments, executive summaries, and manage approvals in accordance with company policies.
**Litigation & Dispute Management**
