- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, screening and prioritizing as necessary.
- Maintain and organize case files, both physical and digital, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation.
- Liaise with clients, barristers, courts, and other legal professionals, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Assist with the preparation of court bundles and other legal filings.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Process expense reports and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Anticipate the needs of the legal team and proactively address them.

- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Executive Assistant within a legal environment.
- A strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal practice management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Discretion and a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments and the ability to transition seamlessly between remote and in-office tasks.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
