This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Legal Executive to work on high-profile matters alongside leading solicitors and partners in a collaborative and supportive environment.
As a Legal Executive , you will play a key role in advising a diverse portfolio of clients across the commercial and residential property sectors. The Legal Executive's role

Strong understanding of commercial and residential property law.

Experience working within a mid-sized or large law firm is desirable.
A team-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality client service.

- Acting for Housing Associations on RTB/RTA transactions including drafting Leases/Transfers as appropriate
- Managing own caseload
- Attending teams meeting with clients to provide updates/advice etc
- Supervising paralegals on Lease Extension transactions
- Assisting with resale/staircasing transactions acting for Housing Association
- Covering holidays etc for lawyers in the Social Housing team in Nottingham
Full training can be provided on the social housing element. Residential conveyancing knowledge is essential.
