Role: Legal Executive/ Contract Review
Location: Chatham- Hybrid 2 days from home
Salary: 28,000-34,000

I am seeking a Legal Executive with a Law degree to join the Risk team at Head office of my brilliant client. Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating all commercial contracts on behalf of the business as well as acting as legal support to key stakeholders.
Duties will include:
- Reviewing legal contracts in line with Professional Indemnity insurance and commercial guidelines
- Negotiating clauses with clients over email, telephone and meetings- must have the confidence to take the lead in these conversations to reach agreements
- Extend liability where necessary
- Review letters, scope of works, reports against PI insurance
Experience necessary:
To be successful in securing an interview for this role you must have a Law Degree and ideally experience either in contract review, risk, or compliance. This does not suit someone with plans to do their SQE in the next few years.
