An excitingLegal Secretary opportunity has arisen at the stunning offices of our client,one of the UK'stoplawfirms where you will beproviding support to multiple fee earners within thehighly collaborative Corporate team, who get involved in a wide range of corporate matters. Your lynchpin role will encompasstaking ownership of processes to ensure variouslegal supporttasks are completed on time for a wide range of clients as well as supporting your fee earners and liaising directly with clients - some of which are French speaking.
As aLegal Secretary your new role will involve:
- Working alongside business support teams (e.g. document production) internally to ensure tasks are completed to deadlines
- Opening new clients / new matters and closing matters
- Diary management and setting up meetings, calls and appointments
- Assisting with preparation for meetings on behalf of fee earners
- Light document amendments when needed prior to meetings
- Administrative support with completions
- Building relationships both with internal stakeholders and clients
I am very interested in speaking with candidates who have experience working as aLegal Secretary, or Secretary (from within a professional services environment)supporting multiple fee earners / professionals, and who possess fluency in both written and spoken French . Apassion for empathetic client care and adaptability , along with the ability toprioritise your own workload and solidproof reading, accuracy and IT skills (MS Office) are important for this Legal Secretary opportunity. Any experience supporting fee earners within a Corporate legal team would be of interest but isn't essential.
Salary for this position is c. 30,000 to 32,000 (depending on level of experience).

An award winning legal 500 law firm based in the City of London is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary paying up to 33,000 to join their fast growing team.
The position will be supporting the Banking, Corporate & Governance team with all of their background administration. Supporting the Partners, Solicitors as well as the wider team to help meet client expectations and company objectives.
The role will be working on a hybrid basis, 2 days in the office and 3 working from home, but some flexibility is a must and dependent on client needs as well as deadlines.
Duties include the following:
- Audio and copy typing and document processing
- Formatting documents and any other relevant documentation
- Diary management for the solicitors
- General administrative support for the department e.g. archiving, filing, photocopying
- Receiving phone calls from clients; routing them or taking messages as appropriate
- Producing bills and dealing with invoices for clients
- Organising and maintaining tidy and accurate files both in hard copy and electronically
- to provide cover and support to the other secretaries within the firm as and when required. Flexibility is important as there can be considerable fluctuations in the amount of work produced by the solicitors.
The ideal candidate will come from the legal industry and have at least 2/3 years experience working in a similar role. You will have experience with legal documentation and audiotyping of case files as well as following legal processes. Great administrative skills, a high attention to detail as well as enjoying working in a great team environment where you are the go-to person for a team.
