My client. a leading regional Legal practice are looking to recruit a Salaried Partner to own, build and develop a successful corporate M&A, Reorganisations, restructuring and business Transaction practice. Job responsibilities:
- To own, build and develop a successful corporate M&A, Reorganisations, restructuring and business Transaction practice
- To operate strategically alongside the other disciplines which will develop new business, manage and care for existing clients, and to drive the firm’s brand forward.
- This role will invite an energetic corporate Solicitor to head up, lead and grow the department.
- Working on M&A transactions for both domestic and international clients.
- Overseeing VC/PE investment endeavours for clients across borders.
- Guiding group structuring and restructuring initiatives.
- Orchestrating joint venture endeavours.
- Engaging in general corporate advisory tasks.
Person Specification:
- You will be a qualified Corporate Lawyer – offering a minimum of 8 years PQE.
- Your experience will have been gained from a respected commercial law firm.
- You will have a stable career history, showing evidence of growing your own portfolio of clients and business.
- Interest in building and onboarding your own team.
- Keen to work collaboratively with the existing people of the firm.
