The role:

BSA Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong customer service mindset and a desire to build a career in a professional environment. Based predominately in the legal team this role supports the whole group.  

While prior experience in UK immigration law is not required, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude who is eager to learn and contribute to a supportive team. 



Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be a vital part of the team, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and client support. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 


Client and Administrative Support: 


·   Serving as the primary point of contact for BSA Group Legal, managing incoming phone calls and email inquiries with professionalism and a client-focused approach. 

·   Under the supervision of a solicitor, drafting, reviewing, and preparing essential legal and immigration documentation, including online visa application forms, Certificates of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), and official correspondence. 

·   Meticulously collating and reviewing supporting client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. 

Case Management & Progression: 


·   Actively monitoring and progressing client cases, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information. 

·   Recording time and maintaining detailed case logs to track progress and report on task completion. 

·   Staying up-to-date with Home Office updates and legislative changes affecting visa application procedures, processing times, and legal requirements. 



Team and Executive Assistance: 


·   Providing a wide range of administrative support across the BSA Group and specifically to the Legal team, including assisting with the coordination and delivery of events and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) sessions. 

·   Working closely with the Immigration team and Executive Director (Legal), assisting with both legal inquiries and broader BSA Group legal matters. 

·   Supporting the wider BSA Group with the delivery of services as required, including the CEO and DCEO/COO as needed. 


Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: 


·   Support BSAG in all its work internally and externally as a member of staff. 

·   Support BSAG in service and budget delivery. 

·   Deliver against agreed annual group and personal targets. 

·   Support other work and duties as required.

We are currently seeking a **warehouse document review admin** to join our team at our records facility in **Canning Town, London, E16**
**Job summary**
As a Document Review Administrator, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of critical documentation, ensuring adherence to stringent regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. Based out of one of our network for records storage facilities, this position demands a high level of accuracy, discretion, and proficiency in navigating our inventory management systems, along with responsibilities in records management and accurate file picking for retrieval and destruction purposes
**Your role in our mission:**
+ Conduct in-depth reviews of sensitive documents to identify and rectify errors, ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and industry standards.
+ Accurately pick, retrieve, and process files using handheld scanning equipment (PDT), maintaining the integrity of inventory locations and upholding strict confidentiality for all sensitive information
+ Ensure client assets are suitably protected and processed accurately within specified timescales, highlighting any damaged items and adhering to all system functions, global standards, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001).
+ Identify and process files meeting destruction criteria in line with company policies and regulatory requirements, and manage internal asset relocations efficiently.
+ Adhere to all Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 regulations and site-specific security protocols, including visitor and contractor control.
**Valued skills and experience:**
+ Ability to analyse documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ A good level of IT literacy
+ Familiarity with warehouse operations and document storage practices.
+ Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
+ Good level of written communication skills
+ Ability to work on your own initiative
**Due to the nature of the employment vetting, this role requires a valid Passport and continuous UK residency for the previous 5 years. EU or Foreign Nationals are required to have either an indefinite leave to remain or settled status. Any time limited visa with an end date would not pass our clearance checks i'm afraid.**

Iron Mountain is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Document Review Admin to join our team in Belvedere. Working within our record storage warehouse, this role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our clients' sensitive data through rigorous document review .
**Due to the employment vetting requirements of this role, a current and valid passport is required and continuous UK residency for the last 5 years**
**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
+ Inputting client data on to Iron Mountain and client databases.
+ Sensitivity checking documentation.
+ Dealing with confidential/top secret documents in a professional manner.
+ Dealing with numerous client requests.
+ Carrying out all ad-hoc administrative and site support duties as requested.
+ Carrying out manual handling tasks in order to retrieve data
+ Working within our fast-paced environment ensuring that the service provided to Iron Mountain`s clients falls in line with the company` Total Customer Satisfaction initiative at all times.
**About you**
+ Administration or data entry experience is essential for this role.
+ The ability to review confidential documents and digest the contents with a view to flagging any sensitive material.
+ Experience of working with confidential information would be very advantageous.
+ A high level of accuracy with the capability to process large volumes of data within agreed timescales.
+ IT literate with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft based packages (Word/Excel/ Outlook).
+ The ability to learn bespoke software specific to Iron Mountain s requirements.
+ UK Government SC clearance is required
