The Senior Product Manager Role:
As a Senior Product Manager (Enterprise) at Actionstep, your mission is to define and deliver critical platform features that serve the needs of our growing base of larger, more complex legal customers. These features include foundational enterprise capabilities such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Permissions & Access Management, Advanced Search, GDPR, Security Services, and other compliance- or scale-related needs specific to mid-sized and large law firms.
You will take ownership of product initiatives from concept through launch and into post-release refinement and lifecycle management. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, a keen understanding of enterprise law firm customer needs, and the ability to prioritise trade-offs for both immediate customer impact and long-term platform scalability.
About You:
Essential:
• 5+ years of SaaS product management experience building enterprise products
• Proven track record of successfully bring products to market
• Expertise in driving product development processes using agile methodologies
• Experience in product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Product Board, Pendo, Miro
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, experience working closely with design and UX teams and proven ability to create exceptional user experiences
• Strong track record of driving successful product launches within strict timelines
• Ability to dig into business or technical problems and find pragmatic solutions
• Strong project management skills; able to identify needs, break down objectives into key results & initiatives, deliver value continuously with short and long-term initiatives, and move multiple related & unrelated workstreams forward in parallel
• A profound understanding of product lifecycle management, user experience design, and market analysis.
• Hands-on experience with product roadmap creation, stakeholder collaboration, leading cross-functional teams, and data-driven decision-making processes
• Working experience in creating, prioritizing and recommending epics and features.
• Ability to work in a remote environment – travel will be part of the role to successfully engage with the team and participate in cross functional meetings/working sessions
• Working knowledge of application performance and analytics
• Experience researching, defining and documenting market, product and platform requirements
• Strong understanding of customer needs, pain points, and experience with similar technologies
• Track project progress and initiatives in alignment with the roadmap
• Exposure to the legal industry (working with lawyers and law firms) is an added bonus

The role
The Digital and Privacy Counsel will play a key role in shaping and reinforcing our digital and privacy strategy and will partner closely with with the Head of Data. The Senior Digital and Privacy Counsel will report to the General Counsel and be part of the wider legal team.
- Play a key role in strategic group projects relating to digital strategy and privacy strategy.
- Lead and manage advice to the company in relation to privacy compliance.
- Draft, negotiate and advice on a variety of commercial and technology contracts.
- Collaborate with a range of internal teams across various business units in order to advise on a broad range of digital, regulatory and privacy issues, including with respect to AI.
- Assist with implementing measures to comply with other regulatory changes relating to digital, e.g. the EU Accessibility Act.

Client Solutions fits into the Services Legal team. Services Business is made up of Cash Management, Trade and Custody. Our team sits within Services but supports all three areas by managing transactional work across the three Product lines. We aim to identify and address inconsistencies and inefficiencies existing between the approaches of each of the three Product lines. We do this alongside our primary aim of negotiating transactional documentation with our clients to onboard and expand their relationship with Citi.
**What you'll do**
+ Contract negotiation - including liaising with client legal team, legal drafting
+ Be responsible for providing legal counsel to the Services Business (Cash Management, Trade & Custody), participating in strategic initiatives, providing subject matter expertise and interpretations of relevant laws, rules, regulations, and industry practices, and advising business management on legal matters impacting the business
+ Partner with legal peers to objectively evaluate business proposals by analyzing documentation while applying institutional knowledge and risk appetite against industry standards, widely accepted business practices, laws, rules, and regulatory guidelines, escalating as appropriate
+ Collaborate across internal lines of business, control/support functions and/or external counsel to achieve coordinated and efficient outcomes on matters of common interest; coordinate closely with the Legal team on a regional and global basis
+ Participate in business planning and development initiatives; contributes to business objectives by providing thought leadership using knowledge of industry, laws, and regulations
+ Assist team in identifying, evaluating and contributing to the management of legal, regulatory, and reputational risk by collaborating with ICRM & Risk, following relevant legal developments, participating in internal projects, escalating as appropriate
+ Manage day-to-day legal activities as a subject matter expert in area of responsibility and provide advisory services to business partners

**What we'll need from you**
+ Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or equivalent / Juris Doctorate or equivalent law degree
+ Ideally have banking or financial industry experience, including laws related to banking regulations
+ Knowledge of international laws, regulations and practices while staying abreast of regulatory and legal environment, internal policies and industry trends that impact the business
+ Effective communication and negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
+ Excellent interpersonal, organizational and relationship management skills
