+ Internal sales leader for Residential Mortgage credit offerings, liaising with the CPB Banker teams, Market Executives, Investment Counselors, and other partners to ensure credit is a core part of the CPB offering.
+ Partner with Private Banker teams to profile their client and prospect base, identify and analyze lending business opportunities, market lending product, including client calling and account planning. Participate in regional sales and product partner calls on regular basis. Conduct book reviews on a regular and recurring basis to uncover patterns of needs and opportunities for sophisticated, innovative solutions to clients.
+ Build, promote and maintain adequate pipeline of opportunities to meet all Private Banking metrics and targets, including acquisition, production, balances, revenue, banker participation, etc.
+ Run regular and recurring informational and educational sessions on credit topics with CPB Banker teams to increase awareness and improve knowledge base and lending acumen. Utilize success stories, market data, and best practices to build knowledge and skill set of CPB Banker teams on a consistent and recurring basis.
+ Establish a reputation of execution and excellence. Delivers credit strategy for the region to clients, developing and implementing best practices and product specific marketing strategies in coordination with Market Executives and PB teams. Understand and articulate the market for the specific product, competitive environment, gaps, challenges, and opportunities.
+ Maximize revenue generation while achieving acceptable minimum return targets ensuring responsible lending growth.
+ Deliver strong expertise on Residential Mortgage loan structuring, including complex wealth profile clients. Act as the initial subject matter expert for internal and client inquires on Private Banking lending products, especially Residential Mortgages.
+ Functioning as part of a deal team that requires effective participation and contribution. The position requires the individual to independently exert leadership and effectively orchestrate the assigned portion of the mortgage process. Leverage and coordinate other CPB product specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise for our most complex clients.
+ Assisting with Residential Mortgage portfolio management. Assisting with Residential mortgage projects, across portfolio and technical developments of product/processes.
**Qualifications:**
+ CeMAP (or equivalent)
+ Strong Mortgage Regulatory knowledge and experience in UK (and EU is preferable)
+ Extensive UHNW lending experience
+ Strong and proven analytical, financial structuring and execution skills
+ Strong marketing and sales skills
+ Good knowledge of financial markets, investments, banking and loan products
+ Financial and cash flow modelling

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Securities lending Product team in London. We see a wide range of opportunities for our global clients by advancing our product in global markets. Delivering new market, collateral, counterparty and market structure initiatives through thought leadership, advocacy and industry engagement will be a key focus of this role. In addition to partnering with external stakeholders, such as counterparties, vendors and trade associations, close partnership with internal groups, such as legal, tax, operations, technology and the global Securities Lending business are key in developing solutions for our clients. The Product team is responsible for the full product development life cycle from developing ideas, advocating for them to prioritising and implementing. In addition to leading Product initiatives for EMEA clients, the team also leads initiatives for our US and EMEA client base.
**What will you be doing?**
+ Lead collateral, counterparty and market structure initiatives and perform oversight of junior team members
+ Lead new market research and advocacy initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
+ Lead primary fund onboarding due diligence and oversight for EMEA funds
+ Provide thought leadership on the evolution of the Securities Lending market in EMEA
+ For most initiatives, close partnership with Trading, Portfolio Management, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Public Policy or other teams will be required
**What are we looking for?**
+ An experienced product manager with strong financing market knowledge
+ 3+ years of experience in Securities Lending, Financing or adjacent markets is advantageous
+ Project management experience
