We have an amazing opportunityfor a Group Delivery Trainer to work for one of the country's leading training providers, working with small groups of disengagedlearners across a range of subjects including English, Maths, Personal & Social Development and ESOL. You will support the development of skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long-term goals and aspirations.
Location: Humberside
Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:
- Level 2Maths and English, or equivalent
- An expert in your field with substantial experience
- Experience in delivering training to groups
- A teaching or assessing qualification is desirable
- Ability to display a wide range of training methods to engage learners, along with the flexibility to deliver qualifications across a variety of subjects
You Will Receive:

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Development Coordinator
- Collaborate with the Head of Personal Development to deliver a high-quality curriculum.
- Teach PSHE and Life Skills lessons that promote safety, health, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
- Support the Careers Programme in line with the Gatsby Benchmarks.
- Respond to emerging pupil needs by designing tailored PSHE content.
- Work with safeguarding staff to ensure pupil welfare is embedded in curriculum planning.
- Lead the School Council and promote pupil leadership and voice.
- Track and evidence progress in Personal Development, SMSC, EDI, and the hidden curriculum.

Essential:
- Strong understanding of PSHE, RSE, CEIAG statutory guidance, and the Gatsby Benchmarks.

Desirable:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working in SEN settings, particularly with ASC or SEMH needs.
