  • Minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, gained either in-house or at a reputable law firm.
  • Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and M&A documentation.
  • Strong understanding of UK company law, corporate governance, and securities regulations.
  • Experience in advising on international business operations and cross-border transactions is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present legal advice clearly and concisely.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
