**Role Overview**
As the F&B Sales Administrator, you will be the central point of contact for restaurant reservations across our signature venuesu2014The Pem Restaurant, Blue Boar Pub, The Orchard Room & The Hedgerow Cocktail Baru2014and for select private dining and group bookings. Your role blends administrative excellence with warm, attentive service, ensuring every enquiry is handled with precision and every guest feels welcomed from the very first interaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
Manage all individual and group restaurant bookings, ensuring accurate details, billing, and guest preferences are recorded. Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining brand tone and attention to detail. Maintain expert knowledge of our venues, menus, seasonal offerings, and local area to confidently guide guest decisions. Apply reservation policies including guarantees, cancellation terms, and no-show charges appropriately. Conduct quality checks to ensure all bookings meet brand standards and guest expectations. Coordinate small-scale events such as private lunches, dinners, afternoon teas, and celebrations across our venue. Collaborate with Food & Beverage and Front Office teams to ensure smooth handover of Banquet Event Orders and accurate billing in line with credit policies. Conduct show rounds, pre-con meetings, and post-event follow-ups when required. Proactively identify upselling opportunities to enhance guest experience and drive incremental revenue. Build lasting relationships with guests through warm, attentive service that encourages repeat visits.
