My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented People Consultant on a Contract basis.
The successful candidate will provide generalist HR&OD advice and guidance to managers that is compliant with policy/ legislation and meets business needs
What's on offer:
- Salary: 20+ per hour, inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Works closely with HR&OD colleagues, managers and trade union representatives to
ensure that casework is resolved in a timely manner
- Assess or conduct analysis, presenting results and putting forward recommendations on
managing more complex situations
- Maintain, develop and review systems, processes, procedures and working methods to maximise service quality
- Plan workloads and secure resources to enable the team/s to achieve a quality service
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- HR Generalist/ OD experience
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- Local Authority experience is essential
