Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Public Relations Manager to lead their communications efforts for their innovative technology division. This role is a fully remote position, allowing you to craft compelling narratives and manage media relations from anywhere within the UK. You will be instrumental in shaping public perception, driving brand awareness, and managing crises effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders across technology and business publications.
- Manage media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and secure positive coverage in relevant outlets.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans and act as a primary point of contact during sensitive situations.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and provide regular reports on PR campaign performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and product launch communications.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for thought leadership and executive profiling.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging communication channels.
- Manage external PR agencies and vendors as needed.
- Uphold the company's reputation and ensure brand integrity across all communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in public relations, with a significant portion focused on the technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful PR campaigns that generated measurable results.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong network of media contacts within the technology and business press.
- Demonstrated ability to manage crisis communications effectively.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with media monitoring and analysis tools.
- A proactive, strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the media landscape.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
- Experience in managing agency partners is a plus.
