Our client, a highly respected organization dedicated to improving community well-being, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Social Worker to lead their remote mental health services team. This role offers the flexibility to work entirely from home, providing crucial support to individuals and families navigating mental health challenges across the region. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of therapeutic interventions, case management, and safeguarding procedures, combined with a strong commitment to client-centered care. You will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality social care services remotely.

- Provide therapeutic interventions and support to individuals and families experiencing mental health difficulties, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring effective and timely service delivery through remote means.
- Liaise with external agencies, healthcare providers, and community resources to coordinate care and support networks.
- Develop and facilitate support groups and psychoeducational programs for clients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and professional standards related to social work and mental health.

- Collaborate with the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
- Utilize technology effectively for remote communication, case management, and service delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (or equivalent qualification).
- Professional registration with the relevant Social Work England/Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
- A minimum of 5 years of post-qualifying experience in social work, with a significant focus on mental health services.
- Proven experience in conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.
- In-depth knowledge of mental health legislation, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, essential for managing a remote caseload.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and case management systems.
