Our client, a well-established leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Lead Industrial Process Engineer to join their team in **Cardiff, Wales, UK**. This role is instrumental in optimizing production processes, driving efficiency, and implementing lean manufacturing principles across their operations. You will lead projects aimed at improving workflow, reducing waste, and enhancing overall productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industrial engineering methodologies, process improvement techniques, statistical analysis, and supply chain optimization.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and lean manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing lean principles and driving significant improvements in manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in process analysis, simulation, and modeling tools.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, SPC, and data analysis.
- Experience with CAD software for facility layout and process flow design.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience managing projects and leading teams.
- Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics is a plus.
