Role Overview:

About the Role
We're seeking a Global Senior Marketing Activation Manager to lead a globally distributed team of MarTech and marketing enablement experts. This role is pivotal in bridging regional marketing needs with global roadmaps, ensuring operational excellence, and maximising the value of our MarTech investments. Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week out of our Newcastle, London or Winnersh office.
Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership & Operational Oversight: Lead and develop a global team of MarTech SMEs, workflow managers, and enablement leads, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Strategic Enablement & Business Impact: Build business cases that demonstrate measurable value from MarTech initiatives, driving efficiency and revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Act as the key liaison across marketing enablement, Routes-to-revenue, IT, and routes-to-revenue teams to prioritise and deliver high-impact initiatives.
- Innovation & Process Optimisation: Champion adoption of new technologies and AI-enabled solutions while continuously improving workflows, governance, and compliance across regions.
- Cross-Functional Influence: Represent the MarTech function in senior forums and decision-making bodies, influencing strategy and ensuring regional needs are fully integrated into global plans.
Essential Skills & Experience;
- Proven experience leading global marketing operations or MarTech teams, with a track record of developing talent and driving performance.
- Strong knowledge of MarTech platforms such as Adobe, Eloqua, Salesforce, and ON24, with a deep understanding of their strategic application.
- Expertise in campaign tagging, tracking techniques, and asset management for effective reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to build compelling business cases and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience navigating complex matrix environments.
