**Position Summary**
We are on a journey of global growth at an important time in the Cybersecurity profession and are seeking a Vice President, Global Marketing to help us grow. You will have proven marketing leadership experience, preferably with a global non-proft association with certification programs, to develop, direct, implement, and champion a highly effective global marketing strategy.
The Vice President, Global Marketing will lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies focused on driving member engagement, product adoption, exam and training revenue, and digital commerce growth. This role leads efforts in product marketing, performance and progression marketing, eCommerce, B2B enterprise marketing, and channel partner marketing. You will be an agile leader, who can balance strategy with the ability to react and adapt quickly to an ever-changing market and customer environment. The role requires thinking from "outside in" based on rigorous approach to understanding the market/customer with a strong understanding for analytics, navigates complex issues and comfortable with the change management necessary to drive transformation
Whilst this role does not manage brand strategy or the creative department, whichismanaged by the EVP of Corporate Affairs, close coordination with those functions is required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and lead the global marketing strategy across product marketing, progression/lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, and eCommerce to drivemember engagement,growthand revenue
+ Own the creation and execution of marketing plans that move candidates through the funnel, from awareness to exam registration, training adoption, and certification

Role Accountabilities
Expected Responsibilities for the Global Marketing Conference Manager are:
- Manage cross-functional, Marketing-led projects from concept to completion.

- Collaborate with BD and internal stakeholders to evaluate, prioritize and budget for global conferences, encouraging a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.

- Manage the capture, tracking and distribution of conference leads to BD in a timely manner, design and deliver targeted post-conference follow-up campaigns, report on event performance, ROI and key insights to inform future strategy and tactics.
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase event impact.
- Remain informed on Marketing industry trends and recommend innovative approaches to conferences and engagements.
Desired Candidate Profile & Capabilities
Required:
- 3-5 years in a role where a deep understanding of CRM functionality, features and user benefits has been gained, as well as a good working knowledge of sales and business processes
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in, or alongside, BD

One of the world’s most innovative and respected media-tech brands is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to join its Global Marketing division. This is a brilliant opportunity to work at the forefront of customer success, partnering with some of the biggest names in retail and helping them extract maximum value from cutting-edge marketing tools and initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of a small, high-value portfolio of 3–5 key retail clients , each investing between £2m–£20m nnually. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior leaders , your role is to ensure they achieve tangible business results through the company’s suite of marketing solutions.
This is not a firefighting role — it’s about strategic partnership, influence at the highest levels, and ensuring customer success is seen as a value driver rather than a support function.
What we’re looking for
We’re after a seasoned Customer Success professional , ideally from a media, tech, or marketing background, who thrives on building deep, consultative relationships. To succeed here you’ll need:
- A proven track record in Customer Success Management at a senior, lead, or principal level , working with high-value enterprise accounts.
- Experience managing a small, focused portfolio of big-spending clients, delivering strategic guidance and measurable outcomes.
- Gravitas and communication skills to engage credibly with C-suite and senior stakeholders .
- A genuine passion for championing customer success and turning it into a competitive advantage for your clients.
