Childcare Locum

Duration: 6 months +

Hybrid or fully remote working will be considered

We are currently seeking an experienced childcare lawyer to join a well-respected Law Firm to undertake the work of a number of Local Authority clients.

Duties will include:

• Managing a caseload of between 8-12 care cases depending on experience
• Undertaking advocacy in person on hearings such as CMH's and IRH's
• Providing sound legal advice to the children's team on a range of complex child protection matters

The role benefits from good paralegal and legal assistant support.

This is a 6-month role. Full-time hours preferred however, 4 days or compressed hours will be considered.

Locum Family Solicitor – Hampshire (Hybrid Working)

We’re working with a well-regarded law firm in Hampshire who are seeking a Locum Family Solicitor to provide interim support during a period of long-term sickness leave.

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly, well-established team handling a manageable caseload of around 25 matters. The work is predominantly private family law , with a small number of legal aid cases , covering a good mix of financial and child-related matters . Advocacy experience would be an advantage.
