  • Managing and coordinating all material deliveries and waste removal.
  • Controlling site traffic management and access points.
  • Overseeing the compound layout and ensuring efficient use of space.
  • Monitoring and enforcing health and safety regulations on site.
  • Liaising with subcontractors and the site management team.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics management on a new build volume residential projects.
  • CSCS
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid

We are looking for a responsible person to join our team as a Warehouse and logistics administrator. You will be in charge of receiving goods, preparing shipments, communicating with transport companies and tracking orders. If you like working in a dynamic environment and pay attention to detail, don't hesitate to apply!

What You'll Be Doing
- Receiving incoming goods and verifying their condition
- Preparing outgoing shipments
- Communicating with transport companies to arrange pickups and track deliveries
- Updating inventory records and preparing reports
- Other administrative tasks related to warehousing and shipping

What You'll Bring
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
- Knowledge of logistics software/systems would be an asset
- Ability to speak multiple languages would be an asset

Based in Wotton, Surrey. Due to site rural location own transport is required

Monday - Friday

8am - 4.30pm
