- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain analysis, or operations management.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, modelling, and optimisation techniques using tools such as Excel (advanced functions), SQL, Python, R, or specialized supply chain software (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle SCM).
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including inventory management, transportation management, and network design.
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and drive change initiatives.
- Experience in a global or multi-national logistics environment is a plus.
