Supply Chain Programme Specialist (Data/BI/Process Improvement) Experience needed in Supply Chain demand/data projects/programmes, reporting, presentations, Analysis/BI and process improvement. Join a global team supporting sales and operations in the delivery of exceptional service across multiple programmes. This role bridges commercial and operational functions, ensuring smooth execution of bulk orders, tool distribution, customer onboarding, inventory control, and project delivery. The supply chain programme specialist will have strong data analysis, excel and reporting/presentations skills (PowerPoint) to sit within the business and provide clear insight, commentary and process improvement initiatives in relation to a major contractual agreement with strong SLA's as well as support in the successful delivery of bulk orders, escalations, shipping coordination, and inventory tracking. The programme specialist will be proactive and look to build relationships and engagement across all relevant internal teams and circa 2 major clients (Automotive Brands) who you will manage as individual programmes of work. You will ensure the overall success of the client by being the go-to person for ensuring the success of the end-to-end process from client order through to satisfactory delivery. You will ensure that service levels, client satisfaction and contractual obligations are continuously improved and issues are acknowledged, understood and managed to prevent them happening again in the future . (or to understand and mitigate/manage the risk for next time) This role is like the glue that brings holds everything together. Managing a successful workflow to meet the client product/inventory/stock demands. Every time a crack appears in the process then this role will take the lead/initiative to mange, understand and report on issues and ways to improve for the future around supply/demand/order processing and inventory/stock. The role is a key position in the business and will ensure an efficient process while building a clear picture from customer /client feedback and internal teams to ensure any problems, challenges or issues are managed and overcome for the future.
