You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Your duties will include analyzing logistics data, identifying bottlenecks, forecasting demand, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and inventory control principles. Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills are a must. You will lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence. This role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, strong leadership qualities, and the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in negotiating with logistics providers and developing robust supply chain models is highly desirable. This is a remote-first position, allowing you to work from home while contributing significantly to our client's success. The role is conceptually linked to Portsmouth, Hampshire, UK , but requires no physical presence in the office. We seek an individual who is results-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is required; a master's degree is a plus.
