  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
  • Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
