- Expertise in supply chain planning software, WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and lean/six sigma principles.
- Exceptional negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement complex supply chain strategies and drive operational efficiency.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with sustainability initiatives in supply chain management is highly desirable.
