Manpower are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic LGV Instructor for our client based in the Atherton area. The salary is 31.5k for the right candidate which is paid on the 26th of each month. The working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm with occasional early starts and weekends (Paid at overtime)
About the role:
Deliver LGV Licence Acquisition training to a high standard, ensuring candidates are fully prepared for their tests.
Conduct training sessions at both our Atherton centre and at various customer sites.
Assess and support drivers through Driver Assessor and NRI programmes.
Provide Yard Shunter training and other related training as required.
Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Represent the company professionally at all times and provide excellent customer service
Hold a valid LGV licence and have substantial driving experience.
Previous instructor or training experience is highly desirable, but not essential as training can be provided.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards.
Flexibility regarding working hours, including early starts and occasional weekends.
Qualifications
Direct Training experience
Relevant Training Qualification
Full Driving Licence on all classes
Relevant Training Qualification - NRI/ADR/FLT (Preferred)
