What you’ll be doing
- Leading and motivating a warehouse team to deliver against productivity and quality targets
- Overseeing goods-in, stock control, production feeds and outbound despatches
- Maximising efficiencies across single-drop and multi-load despatches to improve OTD
- Developing and refining picking and handling processes, with a long-term view on automation
- Maintaining accurate data and inventory records within ERP/MRP systems
- Running stock takes, cyclic checks and investigating anomalies
- Implementing lean sigma practices to reduce waste and boost efficiency
