This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have full responsibility for a team of operatives, while driving continuous improvement across stock accuracy, picking, despatch and distribution.


What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and motivating a warehouse team to deliver against productivity and quality targets
  • Overseeing goods-in, stock control, production feeds and outbound despatches
  • Maximising efficiencies across single-drop and multi-load despatches to improve OTD
  • Developing and refining picking and handling processes, with a long-term view on automation
  • Maintaining accurate data and inventory records within ERP/MRP systems
  • Running stock takes, cyclic checks and investigating anomalies
  • Implementing lean sigma practices to reduce waste and boost efficiency
  • Developing your team with training, cross-skilling and a clear skills matrix
