YOU Recruitment have a great opportunity for a an ambitious, detail orientated, customer focused, Logistics Coordinator to join a high-growth luxury interiors brand building out their UK logistics team!
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity - the initial contract will run for approximately 3 months, with a strong intention to convert to permanent for the right person. You'll work closely with the Logistics Manager, take ownership of daily operations, and play a key role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating delivery schedules with customers and drivers
- Managing payment processing and outstanding balances
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email
- Liaising with Showroom Managers, Customer Service and Warehouse teams
- Ensuring accurate data entry into SAP (or similar systems)
- Managing customer updates, delivery timelines, and service follow-up
- Supporting issue resolution and ensuring smooth escalations when needed
What You'll Bring
- Experience in retail, hospitality, logistics, or consumer goods
- Great with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Comfortable with CRM or ERP systems (SAP experience is a bonus!)
- Naturally organised, with high attention to detail

- Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics systems is a plus

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our operations team and ensure the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers
The successful candidate will coordinate transportation, and optimise supply chain processes while maintaining strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1-2 years experience.
Please note we are willing to look at both Full Time candidates and also Part Time candidates (3 days a week).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making Bookings with all customer warehouses and updating information - This includes our UK distribution centre, our UK and abroad partners.
- Uploading SKU report to our Warehouse for the following weeks bookings and preparing the necessary paperwork.
- Updating all factory packing lists onto correct format files and sending to the relevant customer warehouse.
- Updating and maintaining the booking request sheet
- Marking off deliveries from the logistics production schedule
- Working with our Logistics Manager to arrange clearance and booking FOB bookings to our Warehouse including all relevant paperwork.
- Ordering and sending any required carton labels for suppliers and factories and ensuring they have them in good time for delivery.
- When required ensuring suppliers/factories have the relevant format for packing lists to enter the details correctly.
- Sending Collection plans to the factories and to the transporter to book the truck, requesting prices and liaising approval with Logistics Manager.
- Submitting and managing Replenishment orders for our UK partners.
Responsible for
- Taking ownership of Booking / liaising with factories and transport setting up collections
- Negotiating Transport prices
- Raising Bookings and sending to the factories
- Sending invoices for Customs approvals
- Keeping Valpak update for M&S
Skills + Experience
- Ability to demonstrate being highly organised
- Strong Work Ethic
- Proficient with Gmail/Google Sheets
- Knowledge of Excel -( V -lookup, pivot tables)
- Previous experience with internal databases
