Your role:
- Coordinate all shipments, from small packages to massive bulk orders.
- Be the go-to person for Production and Warehouse teams, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Manage data exports and create shipping labels
- Take charge of our returns system and keep track of all monthly invoices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with courier and warehouse partners.
- Lend a hand with packing when needed.
