  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics management.
  • Proven experience in managing international logistics and global supply chains.
  • In-depth knowledge of transportation modes, freight forwarding, and customs procedures.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote setting.
  • Experience in implementing lean principles or other supply chain optimisation methodologies.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, APICS) are highly desirable.
