- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chains and optimizing logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and procurement principles.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
