Job Purpose / Overview
The role of Logistics Analyst is to work within the Logistics Function and across parts of HPC projects, following the Logistics strategy uniformly across the project. They will work with other members of the Logistics Operations Team supporting the implementation of Logistics Operations specific processes and framework. The role is accountable for providing visibility of Logistics performance through the management of Logistics reporting dashboards. They will support the Senior Logistics Operations Manager and Warehouse SME with insights on operational performance. They will support the Logistics Commercial Manager with insights on supplier performance against contractual KPIs.
To succeed you will need
Knowledge & Skills
- Ability to deliver accurate and concise project insights utilising commercial and technical information
- Ability to communicate a range of issues and concepts, to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with colleagues within and across organisational boundaries to achieve mutually successful outcomes
- Entry Level analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Logistics functions and how it affects and supports broader HPC business
- Knowledge of relevant logistics function, including inventory management, supply chain planning, and transport management
Qualifications & Experience
- Exposure working in a high-paced & operational environment within a complex, highly regulated industry (ideally nuclear, aerospace, engineering, or energy)
- Preferred experience in logistics and Major Project delivery
- Working towards a qualification in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or other related fields

Principal Accountabilities
As a Logistics Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing and analysing the logistics planning and performance data that supports the delivery of the project. You'll be part of a team focused on ensuring that materials are delivered to the right place, at the right time, to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
You'll support the Senior Logistics Planning Manager and collaborate closely with Logistics Operations, Construction Logistics, 3PL partners, and integrated planning teams.
* Maintain and develop logistics planning dashboards using Power BI and other data tools.
* Aggregate, analyse, and interpret data to provide insights into logistics capacity and constraints.
* Coordinate with 3PL providers and internal teams to ensure accurate data flows.
* Identify key risks to project delivery based on planning data and provide decision-making insights.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Logistics function.
* Ensure logistics performance reporting aligns with KPIs and project governance standards.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* Exposure to high-paced, operationally complex, and regulated industries (e.g., Nuclear, Aerospace, Energy, or Engineering).
* Experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, or Major Project Delivery environments.
* Ideally working towards a qualification in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Logistics.
Skills & Tools:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for analytics and reporting.
* Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and logistics planning tools.
* Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
