**Your Career**
We are seeking a Solutions Consultant with exceptional knowledge of the healthcare sector and a proven ability to engage with medical vendors and suppliers for the NHS. This role involves building partnerships for key healthcare technologies, including Patient Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and medical services and devices. The Solutions Consultant is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineering role, aligning how we best serve our customers in understanding their environment, providing solution guidance and ensuring value realization in their investment with Palo Alto Networks. As a Solutions Consultant you provide technical leadership and expertise and guidance in your customer's security transformation journey. You will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customer's key business imperatives and ensuring value realization of their investment with Palo Alto Networks. You evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security operations services that establish PANW as your customer's cybersecurity partner of choice.
**Your Impact**

+ Meeting and exceeding sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions
+ Your ability to position, demonstrate and create high level designs across the entire PANW portfolio based on customer business needs
+ Conducting discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of your prospects and customers
+ Working closely with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams to ensure overall customer implementation and adoption of solutions
+ Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to influence through effective presentations and customer-specific demos, technical engagements, and workshops
+ Leading successful technical validation efforts based on best practices to ensure technical win in assigned opportunities
+ Orchestrating supporting resources (Specialists, Channel Resources, Customer Support) to ensure a one-team approach that demonstrates a cohesive strategy
+ Promoting end-to-end solutions that include PANW and/or partner professional services to ensure customers realize business value sooner
+ Understanding the competitive landscape and effectively differentiating our leadership
+ Continuously investing in yourself to develop technical and professional skills that drive your ever-increasing contributions to success of our customers while actively participating within the Solutions Consultant community and at industry events
+ (OT) - Identifying technical stakeholders and cultivating relationships with key personas to build and drive a security architecture transformation roadmap
**Your Experience**
+ Understanding of data networking and/or modern application design and cloud architectures
+ Delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives
+ Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal
+ Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements
+ Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies
+ Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions
+ Complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions are preferred
+ Proficient in English

**The team you'll be working with:**
As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a **Junior Salesforce Developer** to join our **Salesforce Delivery team** in London, focusing on clients in the **Public Sector Domain** .
The **Junior Salesforce Developer** builds on and extends the capabilities of the Salesforce platform. Initially the majority of your work will focus on delivering 'point and click' features, including Flows, before extending into OmniScript and Apex as you progress. Whilst you will principally report into more senior developers and your solution leads, you can expect some level of client and project stakeholder interaction.
Please note, you must either have **Full UK Security Clearance (SC)** or be able to attain it to be eligible for this role.
**What you'll be doing:**
+ Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Configurations and enhancements
+ Any experience of Public Sector Solutions (or other Salesforce Industry products) will be strongly favoured.
+ Implementation of Salesforce Flows to a high standard (e.g. screen flows, triggered flows, API flows)
+ Implementation of Public Sector Solutions features and tools including OmniScript, FlexCards, Action Plans and Document Generation tooling.
+ Creating and tailoring Salesforce Lightning Record pages (e.g. dynamic forms, conditional visibility, advanced layouts, buttons / links / actions, Record Types)
+ Definition of Salesforce custom objects / custom fields (inc. complex formula fields and managing lookup relationships, picklist management)
+ Definition of Salesforce List Views, Related Lists, Reports; Or equivalent low-code / business data modelling SaaS / application experience with an aptitude to quickly learn and adopt new technology.
+ Git version control and some form of CI/CD deployment pipeline
+ Jira / Confluence or equivalent workflow / online documentation
**What experience you'll bring:**
+ 3+ years of Salesforce Development Experience and knowledge
Ideally qualified with the following certifications:
+ Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
+ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
+ Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
+ Salesforce Apex Programming experience - preferably
+ OmniScript and Salesforce Industries experience - preferably
+ Automated testing experience (e.g. Provar, Selenium) - desirable
+ HTML, CSS, Javascript (esp. in relation to Salesforce Lightning Web Components)
+ Able to understand large / complex systems and both review and pick-up existing implementations for in-life enhancement.
+ Able to work as part of a small Agile team, collaborating with and supporting others - flexing roles and responsibilities as needed.
+ Skills in analysing and problem-solving issues
+ **Clearance** : Security Clearance will be required for this role. Candidates to confirm if they have / are willing to be cleared. Please also provide confirmation of current or previous SC clearance.

**What you'll be doing:**
As a **Midweight Service Designer** at **Tangity** , you'll play a key role in designing and delivering human-centred public services within agile, cross-functional teams. With 3-5 years of experience in service design, you'll bring expertise in translating complex policy and organisational challenges into clear, user-centred service experiences.
You'll lead service design activities from framing challenges and conducting user research to mapping end-to-end journeys and developing holistic service models that meet both user needs and government objectives.
**Applicants must be clearable, have proven experience with GDS (Government Digital Service) standards and be able to demonstrate their work through a portfolio, case study or work samples.**
+ Scope, plan, and collaborate in service design activities across all phases of design and delivery
+ Conduct mixed-method user research (interviews, contextual inquiries, usability testing, surveys, etc.) to uncover user needs and pain points
+ Map and visualise services across layers (e.g. service blueprints, customer journeys, ecosystem maps, process diagrams) to reveal opportunities and drive alignment
+ Synthesise research insights and identify patterns using frameworks such as Jobs to Be Done, service safaris, personas, and value proposition canvases
+ Facilitate co-creation sessions, ideation workshops, and playback sessions with stakeholders and users
+ Prototype service components and touchpoints (e.g. scripts, flows, mock service experiences) to test desirability and feasibility
+ Translate insights into actionable service improvements, opportunity areas, and design recommendations
+ Communicate complex service concepts and journeys through compelling storytelling and artefacts
+ Embed accessibility and inclusive design principles throughout the service lifecycle
+ Contribute to the ongoing development of Tangity's service design practice, methods, and tools
**What experience you'll bring:**
**Must Have:**
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience in Service Design or a related discipline
+ Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end service design capability across sectors or domains
+ Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and proven experience with GDS (Government Digital Service) standards
+ Confident in applying human-centred design principles and inclusive design practices
+ Experienced in mapping services, synthesising insights, and facilitating collaborative workshops
+ Proficient in communicating design concepts visually and verbally to stakeholders
+ Familiar with agile environments and working in multidisciplinary product teams
+ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
