They are seeking an experienced Paralegal or Junior Lawyer to support the legal and investment teams with forward funding residential transactions . The role will focus on supporting deal execution and completion processes for large-scale residential investment projects.
You will not need conveyancing experience, but should bring a solid understanding of residential development and forward funding structures gained either in-house or in private practice.
Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with drafting and reviewing deal documentation and ancillary agreements
• Coordinating completion processes and managing key transaction milestones
• Liaising with external counsel, counterparties and internal stakeholders
