MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Shildon area.
MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in production, operating machinery and wrapping products ready for dispatch.
The Role:
Attending morning briefings with team leader / supervisors for daily production targets
Safely operating machinery to manufacture products within spec
Setting and running a CNC Machine up to high standards
Use of hand tools for assembly of products
Carrying out visual quality checks of products, reporting defects to team leaders / supervisor
Allocation of parts into required boxes or stillages
Strict adherence to health and safety regulations
Using measuring tools to ensure products are correct
The Person:
Someone with a can-do attitude
Must be flexible to work overtime
Computer literate
Preferably have woodwork experience
CNC Experience
The Benefits:
Ongoing position with opportunities to become a permanent employee

- 06:00am to 14:30pm
- 14:30pm to 23:00pm
- 23:00pm to 06:00am

We are working with a reputable client based in Luton (LU3) who require a
CNC Machine Operator to join their team.
The position is a permanent role paying £17.50 - £18.50 per hour (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 6pm - 6am (48 hours per week)
28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + Peoples Pension.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working within an engineering environment. The right candidate will also have excellent CNC Miller or Turner Operating experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications li>Load materials as required
- Change Tools/Tips as required
- Check parts to ensure quality is as expected
- Keep work area tidy
Key Requirements:
