Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Apprentice-trained or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
  • IPAF certified (working at height)
  • SEMA Racking Inspection & Repair trained
  • Proficient in the use of hardware tools and electrical equipment
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical installations

  • Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the site.
  • Assist external contractors visiting the site, ensuring full compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Conduct routine and planned maintenance on all building systems.
This is an ideal opportunity for a practical, hands-on person who enjoys fixing things and working with people. You may come from a facilities maintenance, general maintenance, or similar background.


Additional Information:
  • Due to the nature of the work, you must be a British citizen and able to obtain full security clearance.
  • This is a Monday to Friday, day-shift role.
