You will work proactively to ensure a safe and efficient working environment for all occupants and visitors, responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults in a timely and efficient manner.
- Carry out minor electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing sockets).
