Our client is looking for a strategic and forward-thinking HR Business Partner specializing in Talent Management to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. CIPD qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders to develop and implement effective talent strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, employee development, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
