  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of talent programs, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CIPD qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant focus on talent management and HR business partnering.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office settings.
