The Wakefield site produces just under half of GB’s volume across their 8 manufacturing, and 2 preform lines. The site can produce 672,000 cans every hour and 132,000 bottles every hour. What to expect: CCEP operates an Integrated Management System (IMS) for Quality, Food Safety, Environment and Occupational Health & Safety. The Management Systems Coordinator role is key to the effective development, implementation, and continual improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS) on site. Key responsibilities include:Manage & maintain the IMS Documentation according to local organisation and corporate guidelines Manage and ensure accuracy of the site’s Document Control & Change SystemAct as the main site contact for receipt and communication of new and revised documents from Supply Chain QESHManage regular reviews, optimisation and continuous improvement of the site QESH Documentation with relevant stakeholders.Construct the annual QESH Internal Audit timetable in conjunction with the site QESH Management Team.Work jointly with QESH SME’s in preparing for and facilitating the site’s external audits. Manage the administration of the internal and external auditing process, including ‘performance to schedule’ progress reports.Act as Lead Auditor for the site and be an active member of the site internal auditors teamSupport the training and development of the site internal auditors team.Act as site Integrum Power user. Follow up to completion of all open actions and support site team in effective evidence-based close-outs.Complete regular reports for the QESH and site Management Team on the appropriate use and ‘health’ of Integrum. Provide QESH Team appropriate information for site based QESH Management Reviews.Provide support to the wider QESH team throughout site and business activities, particularly related to QESH trend analysis, inspection and audit preparation, management review, and involvement in the site training agenda Conduct Trend Analysis on QESH Statistics for Performance tracking purposes.Work actively to drive performance and continuous improvement in Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the site.Support the development and arrangement of management systems related training with the site L& D team.Subject matter expert in ISO/FSSC standards requirements as well as KORE and other Customer requirements, and aid in the education of these standards. Skills & Essentials: Qualifications and Experience Should ideally have a relevant qualification in a QESH discipline, although lesser qualifications, but plenty of relevant experience, will also be considered.Be qualified as ISO9001 Lead Auditor and/or FSSC 22000/ISO 22001 Lead Auditor. Other qualifications, but plenty of relevant experience, will also be considered.Qualification as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 internal auditor would be advantageous Prior experience of implementing, maintaining and auditing IMS to the requirements of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000/ISO 22001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is requiredUnderstanding of system integration and configuration management needed.IT Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and Power Point)Possess drive, energy and enthusiasm to motivate and lead.Subcontract and customer management.Experience of project management.Good Communication Skills (with people at all levels)Excellent organisation skillsEligible to work in the UKFood/Drink industry experience desired The closing date for applications is 15/08/25. The Role
As the Safety Management Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of our company's Safety Management System, in line with the ICAO SMS framework for small organisations and the UK CAA Part 21G and Part 145 requirements.
You will:
- Define the strategy, objectives, and effectiveness of the Safety Management System.
- Ensure SMS processes are established, maintained, and continuously improved.
- Lead incident and accident investigations, managing hazards via NCRi and FRACAS systems.
- Promote safety awareness and foster a positive safety culture across the business.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and regulatory authorities.

- Creating, implementing and monitoring audit schedules
- Leading the prioritisation and close out of internal audits
- Developing and leading the compliance and improvement management plan(s)
- Proactively monitoring overdue compliance actions to ensure completion
- Plan and attend audit opening and closing meetings, and co-ordinate responses to audit findings
- Establish and maintain records of all audits, including any findings raised, whilst also ensuring any findings are closed out with notification from the auditor.
- Communicate changes to the BMS, along with advice on their implications to working practices.
- The efficient preparation and management of business system documentation (creation, categorising, storing, updating, archiving and retrieval)
- Group Level auditing IATF 16949 ISO 14000
