Job Description

BACKGROUND

EvolveYou was co-founded in 2019 by personal trainer Krissy Cela and fitness entrepreneur Jack Bullimore, with a dream of creating a global fitness community that would help women build strength and confidence from the inside out.

Learning from her own experiences, Krissy realised that both the gym, and fitness generally, can be intimidating for women who are starting out. She made it her goal to change that for the better. By fusing fitness and technology to create a platform that would expertly guide its users on their fitness journey, EvolveYou was born!

The EvolveYou community grew quickly and has become central to everything we do. It’s fuelled by women supporting each other to feel fitter and more confident, because how you feel matters.

ABOUT EVOLVEYOU

We are on a mission: to educate all women about how simple fitness can be, make them believe fitness is not about quick fixes but about longevity and well-being. Our goal is to become the biggest and best female strength & conditioning app in the world, helping women build strength, confidence and to evolve their mental and physical wellbeing through movement, resilience and consistency.

We believe fitness should be accessible to anyone, at any time and from anywhere. We strive to build the most affordable, innovative and easy-to-use fitness app, while acknowledging everyone's abilities, goals and preference.

Want to be part of it?

Leading the day to day business operations in helping us grow our global fitness brand, this role is based in our London office and will be the most senior hire into the business to date, reporting directly into the board.

Reporting directly to the board, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing the business strategy, maintaining operational efficiency, and cultivating a positive and innovative company culture.

This new role will also take responsibility for bringing a new subsidiary business to market, creating and owning the critical path to launch. This is a rare opportunity to be part of an exciting new business launch from the get go.

If you’re passionate about fitness, motivated by agile growth environments and love developing young brands, then this could be your perfect role.

ABOUT YOU

You’re highly organised and a proven leader, with a problem solving mindset. You have deep experience in building and leading teams that deliver cross functional excellence.
