We are looking for an Agile Content Manager to join us for a 1-year maternity cover! You will be responsible for planning, creating and executing digital content.

Responsibilities include

  • Plan, create, and execute compelling B2C digital content across multiple platforms (web, social, etc.)
  • Edit and optimise AI-generated content

The Role 
Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Develop and execute the global social media content strategy, aligning with overall marketing objectives to drive increased brand awareness, engagement and growth.

  • Foster a culture of creativity within the Social team by leading on brainstorming and the development of innovative and engaging new social content ideas. 
  • Oversee the feedback and sign-off process for all Design and Video social content, ensuring all content is social-first, thumb-stopping, relevant and on brand with support from the Coordinators. 
  • Support the team by reporting on KPIs and asset performance insights, helping to inform the social content strategy. 

Requirements

  • Management level experience in social media, content, and/or community roles — ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • A proven track record in planning and delivering social-first assets and strategies that drive engagement and reach. 
  • Deep understanding of latest social media trends, algorithms, best practices, audience behaviour & tools -with a passion for storytelling, content, and culture.

This pivotal role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising compelling campaigns and content activations.
