  • Ensuring warehouse process systems are being followed and are correctly updates as and when needed
  • Ensuring stock management/stock takes/discrepancies are completed and reported on a daily basis
  • Ensuring safe loading and unloading of vehicles whilst monitoring loading operatives.

  • Good communicator who’s able to positively engage with team members and relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership experience
  • Strong H&S knowledge
  • Knowledge of WMS
  • Excellent motivation skills; able to identify and address staff issues and concerns.
  • Must be able to lead by example and champion the values of the Company.
  • Must have good attention to detail and a passion to reduce errors and improve efficiency
  • Prides themselves on attention to detail  
  • Ability to work to deadlines whilst prioritising workload
