RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities
- Support senior planners in preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals and related documentation

You’ll talk to the customer every day driving delivery of the contract and also work and direct a wide variety of BT colleagues from across our business to transform customer requirements into reality. You’ll become a master at finely balancing customer satisfaction with our bottom line as you navigate and negotiate a variety of complex contractual conundrums. You’ll experience the everyday job satisfaction in problem solving for our customers and colleagues as part of the NWG contract management team. Additionally you will work to support on Key initiatives support the wider Banking and Financial Services Contract Management team
What you’ll be doing
- Meeting the contracted financial and performance targets and obligations through the complete contract lifecycle. Ensuring supporting functions such as billing, pricing and ordering are delivering for the contact centre P&L
- Leads on delivery of the contract management obligations in Respective Area
o Managing the contractual risks for the lifecycle of the contract
o Management and resolution of conflicts
o Ensuring effective change control of contracts in account (s), to reduce cost and maximise profit for BT
o Work with colleagues from contract assurance and legal to deliver accurate and risk-averse contract changes - Maintain appropriate governance of all activities impacting the financial and contract outcomes of respective contracts
o Uses robust data to support analysis & decision making. Proactively monitors trends to gain insight and shape processes. Interpret, manipulate and present large volumes of data effectively
o Build long term customer relationships which drive good business outcomes
o Communicate effectively at all levels, encouraging correct process compliance and tool usage, Presents business plans, forecasts and risks to senior internal stakeholders with clarity
o Build strong cross-functional relationships, embedding and role modelling collaborative ways of working.
o Ensures commercial decisions taken within the contract DoA structure
o Responsible for Supplier relationship, overseeing delivery of supplier commercial obligations - Works with our delivery and service organisations to ensure that key projects and programs deliver against their obligations and impact the P&L positively.
