- Propose a Design/Production breakdown to maintain consistency between reference elements, define manufacturing schedules, and specify interfaces.
- Analyse design dossiers and issue queries when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Strong knowledge of assembly systems, machining processes, and/or manual assembly methods
- Demonstrated experience in work preparation/industrialisation
- Excellent organizational, anticipation, and team skills
- Proficient in using MS Office/Google Workspace
- Experience using SAP for work preparation is highly desirable

We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to take on a key leadership role within our Wolverhampton site. You’ll lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers—covering system engineers and module support engineers—supporting production areas and delivering high-impact project work packages.
