We’re looking for a fantastic Production Engineer to join our Operations Team at Skin + Me. This is a full time role based 5 days a week at our Factory Facility in Park Royal, London. 

What you’ll do:

  • Work with Operations Management to support, maintain, and improve operational performance
  • Improve operational equipment efficiency (OEE) from gathering & analysing data through to proposing & delivering improvements for example optimising equipment, changing layouts and building data dashboards
  • Lead on problem solving to solution implementation e.g. identifying the root cause of machine breakdowns, optimising machine settings to reduce waste and improving processes to control quality levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain) to scale production processes and introduce new equipment or technologies into operations.

  • Experience in problem solving and implementing solutions in manufacturing environments with machines and people
