About the Role
The role will provide subject matter expertise for Watchlist Screening initiatives across the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) division of LexisNexis Risk Solutions. You will work closely with all functions including product, technology, data operations, marketing, and professional services to ensure an end-to-end focus for data, software, and operational automation. Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for our Screening business.
+ Motivate and educate internal sales teams, both Direct and Alliances, on the key aspects of FCC transaction monitoring solutions.
+ Perform ideation, research, and planning to develop product strategies and roadmaps to meet customer needs.
+ Partner with Marketing and Regional Market Planners to expand market presence, heighten brand awareness and trust, and intelligently drive qualified leads to Sales.
+ Partner with Professional Services on consultative selling and customer management.

All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:
+ Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;
+ Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
+ Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
+ Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
