Job Description

Imagine it:

It’s a lively Saturday morning at Heathrow Airport and you are at the centre of the action as a Field Market Research Interviewer. Your role is vital in gaining insights into the reasons travellers choose Heathrow as a gateway to the world. Armed with your company-provided tablet, your mission is to engage with travellers and staff, asking intuitive questions that delve into their journey experiences and logistical choices.

You’ll work on a variety of  seven hour shifts, to cover the whole week. These will be advised in advance, including 6am starts or late finishes at 11pm, with higher hourly pay for unsocial hour shifts or weekend shifts.

Forget the hassle of a car; all you need is the ability to reach Heathrow Airport punctually for your shift.

Contract Terms: This is a casual role for the specific Heathrow project, with an estimated term of around three months. There is the possibility of longer term, casual work on other research projects with us, based on your performance.

Transport and Mileage Reimbursement: We value your commitment and ensure that your transport and mileage expenses are reimbursed, making your travel to and from Heathrow seamless. We are not able to reimburse parking at Heathrow airport.

Why it’s Great for London-Based Candidates:

  • Convenient location for those living in London with efficient transit links in and out of Heathrow Airport.
  • Engage in a transformative career in market research right at the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic cities.
  • Opportunities to connect and learn from individuals of various cultural backgrounds, enhancing your personal and professional growth.

What else makes working at Ipsos special?

  • Diverse Interactions: Engage with a mosaic of international travellers and airport staff daily, enriching your perspective and skills.
  • Training Excellence: Whether you’re new to this or a seasoned interviewer, our training ensures you feel confident interacting in a dynamic environment.
  • Social Commitment: Our values extend into the heart of our workplace, emphasizing inclusivity and environmental sustainability.
  • Employee Benefits: Enjoy perks through Ipsos platforms, offering discounts and wellbeing resources, right at your fingertips.

Employee Testimonials:

Ipsos’ culture of curiosity and collaboration creates a positive atmosphere where I’ve been able to thrive both personally and professionally. ” - Geoff, Field Market Research Interviewer

I joined Ipsos in August 2016, after an old friend worked for the company briefly, and highly recommended it to me thinking it would be perfect for me! She was right! I was after something flexible and public facing, after a corporate Sales period…. dealing with the public was my forte. I took to the job very quickly, and soon realised it was very suitable for what I was after, as the flexibility gave me the lifestyle I was looking for, and not working to the ‘clock’ also appealed. 8 years later I’m still here going strong……I still love the flexibility, and earning a decent wage doing the equivalent of part-time hours is fantastic. I enjoy the ratio of work, rest & play, and the job also gives me a level of control within it and managing (to a point) my own diary, works well. Although interviewing is a lonely job, I do feel part of a bigger team, with regular online drop-in sessions and wonderful regional support. Being able to go home, switch off with minimal job stress has also kept me here this long, and whilst knocking on doors can at times provide various challenges, the rewards far outweigh them .” - Dave, Field Market Research Interviewer

This job might be for you if:

  • The vibrancy of an airport environment excites you.
  • Complex and diverse human interactions fuel your curiosity.
  • Flexibility with working odd hours fits your lifestyle.
  • Making meaningful contributions to your community satisfies your career aspirations.

Sound like a good fit? Apply now and be part of an engaging and diverse team, helping us gather essential insights at one of the world’s busiest airports.

Job Description

Permanent

Board Intelligence is a technology and advisory firm that supercharges boards with the science of board effectiveness. We build better businesses and benefit society.

Through a suite of AI-powered software tools, evaluation frameworks, and advisory services that distil twenty years of boardroom experience, we improve the efficiency of board processes and the effectiveness of boards.

We work with over 80,000 leaders and 3,000 organisations across the world, with clients across the Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and OMX 30. In 2024 we received substantial backing from K1 Investment Management – the leading B2B Enterprise SaaS investors. We are at the beginning of significant growth, and we’re looking for superb talent to join us on this journey.

As we grow, we’re fiercely protective of our culture and values. Many of us, including our founders, have families and other priorities, so we know the value of a supportive company.

The team is diverse and friendly. We value fun: most days you’ll find a social event or learning opportunity to get involved with, including company socials, away days, and philanthropic activities.

Our Mission

We unleash the potential of organisations through the science of board effectiveness, building better businesses and benefiting society.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Revenue Operations Analyst to join our thriving team and partner with our Marketing function. This is a hands-on, analytical role perfect for someone who loves solving complex business problems while directly supporting marketing performance and revenue growth.

The Data & Revenue Operations team enables high performance for our Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Marketing and Customer) and Finance by delivering data, insights and technical solutions to optimise revenue-generating processes. We maintain and improve a fully adopted tech stack across all revenue functions, with Salesforce at the heart of these systems.

We’re looking for someone at the cutting edge of tooling and AI, applying these capabilities to enhance commercial stacks and internal operations. The right person will be strategic, highly analytical, and hands-on; able to roll up their sleeves, spot the “so what” in the data, and communicate it clearly and concisely to drive action.

Marketing is where some of our biggest bets are made, and this role is central to helping us measure performance outcomes more intelligently; so we can identify when to pivot or double down with confidence.

Main Responsibilities

The BIG things

  • Support HubSpot Marketing Hub operations and campaign analytics as the primary marketing platform owner.
  • Analyse and optimise 6Sense products (Sales Intelligence, Conversational Email, ABM) to provide insights on intent signals, AI-powered emailing and ABM tools.
  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and automated reporting workflows that drive investments and strategic decisions.
  • Create marketing performance reports for the Board and C-suite including pipeline contribution/coverage, ROI analysis, and campaign/channel effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to deliver data analysis that drives campaign optimisation and strategic decisions.
  • Develop lead scoring models, attribution frameworks, and conversion analysis across the marketing funnel.
  • Manage marketing-focused projects within the broader D&R team portfolio.
  • Support Go-To-Market leaders with marketing insights and operational recommendations that drive revenue strategy.

The little, but still important things

  • Work with Salesforce integration points that support marketing attribution and lead tracking.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless lead handoff processes and attribution tracking.
  • Ensure data integrity across marketing systems and maintain clean, actionable marketing databases.
  • Implement and maintain marketing data validation rules and lead quality frameworks.
  • Support marketing compliance requirements including GDPR (and other international equivalents) and consent management.
