What the role involves:

  • Develop and manage Business Intelligence solutions, analytics, reports, and dashboard systems to drive performance
  • Present complex data in a clear and compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders
  • Completing competitive analysis relating to competitors as well as potential partners
  • Completing analysis on a variety of industries including, demand for blockchain and distributed ledger technology solutions, use cases and more
  • Collaborate closely with the President and the Strategy team to align business intelligence initiatives with strategic goals
  • Mentoring more junior colleagues on research approaches and best practices
  • Completing non-legal due diligence activities
  • Exploring how AI can expedite our BI practice 
  • Lead a team of analysts and data scientists to deliver high-quality analytical projects.

Requirements

Who you are 

  • 7+ years of experience in market research/consumer insights. Preferably experienced in both primary and secondary research.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of market research, data analysis, data visualization and business intelligence tools
  • Knowledge/experience of using AI for market research
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to extract and present complex data clearly
  • Ability to create clear, concise and succinct research with supported conclusions and recommendations
  • Fast, constant learner with a proactive, positive attitude to help our business navigate the complex strategic and operational challenges we will encounter on our journey to becoming a world class Venture Studio
  • Ability to make connections and cross-reference previously completed research as well as activities across multiple, disparate teams to create comprehensive research. In short - You are a strategic thinker who is good at connecting the dots
  • Ability to contact individuals in the industry and conduct trade interviews
