**How will you make an impact in this role?**

**Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as a brand consultant, expert, and steward of the American Express brand.

+ Partner with the Brand Managers on the team to deliver presentations and workshops to train marketers and agencies on the Amex brand and guidelines.

Your opportunity
Working collaboratively as part of the Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence, this individual will be responsible for the following key areas:
+ Digital marketing production:

You will be the lead, and own marketing activity for our clients public courses business, from campaign planning to optimisation.nThe RolenReporting to the Head of Marketing, with day-to-day alignment to the business-unit lead, you will:nDrive lead generation and enrolments, ensuring more learners convert directly online.nApply CRO best practices: AB testing, journey mapping, landing page optimisation, funnel analysis, and copy testing to improve conversion rates.nManage SEO, SEM, and paid digital campaigns across platformsnAnalyse performance, report on impact, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.nWork collaboratively with peers across the wider marketing team, while acting as the go-to marketer for this business area.nStay ahead of trends, especially in how AI is changing advertising and search behaviour (ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
